We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was the location - it was within walking distance to the main attractions in the area, and we also enjoyed using the free bikes to explore the nearby beach. Plus, the fresh fruit and sweet treats left in our room each night were a delightful surprise!
While there were many great aspects of our stay, the towels could have been a bit thicker. They were a bit on the thin side and didn't absorb as well as we would have liked.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide assistance. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
the room was not as clean as we expected, with some areas not properly cleaned. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The location was excellent, just a short 10-minute walk from the old town of Hoi An. the overall ambience of the hotel was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing pool area. the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the laundry service was also efficient and convenient. One of the highlights for me was the delicious banana pancakes served for breakfast.
Although the hotel has received many positive reviews, they continue to strive for excellence and maintain their high standards. Cons: Liked everything!

The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms and plenty of hot water. The double glazed windows and doors helped block out most of the traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The location was great, just a short walk away from the center of town and the busy market area. We also enjoyed exploring the riverside path nearby, with its charming restaurants and picturesque views.
The breakfast spread could have been better, with more variety in the menu. the rooms had a slight musty smell, which may be due to the high humidity in the area.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town and the bustling market. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a great variety of European and Vietnamese options to choose from.
The only downside was that the sheets were not changed during our 6-night stay. It would have been nice to have fresh sheets after a few nights.
